Suggest a better descriptionCook onions in butter in skillet til golden. Add peppers and cook, stirring, about 2 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients and 1 cup water. Simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes or until sauce is fairly thick. Add frankfurters and heat a few minutes more. Serve with noodles.
