1 lbAmber dry extract
Wyeast #1098
3/4 lbToasted pale malt
1/2 ozBrewers Gold hops (7.5
6 lbPale dry extract
1 Pack
1/4 lbPale malt
1/2 cCorn sugar for priming
Handful steamed oak chips
2 tsGypsum 1/4 tsp. Irish moss

Striped Cat Ipa Preparation

(boil Brewers Gold and Bullion). Remove from heat and add the cascades. Cool wort. Pitch yeast. I have made this twice and both times it turned out fine. Nicely hoppy.
