| 2 14-oz cansartichoke hearts |
| Paprika |
| 4 Clovesgarlic; crushed |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
| 1/2 cItalian salad dressing |
| 1 1/2 cGrated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 1/2 cItalian bread crumbs |
| 1/4 colive oil |
| 3 tbLemon juice |
Stuffed Artichoke Hearts Preparation
Remove the pulp from the center of the artichoke hearts & cut each in half. In a bowl combine the bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, & cheese. Moisten the mixture with olive oil, salad dressing, & lemon juice. Stuff the artichoke hearts with the mixture. Place the hearts in a greased baking dish & sprinkle them with paprika.
