Drained
2 14-oz cansartichoke hearts
Paprika
4 Clovesgarlic; crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cItalian salad dressing
1 1/2 cGrated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cItalian bread crumbs
1/4 colive oil
3 tbLemon juice

Stuffed Artichoke Hearts Preparation

Remove the pulp from the center of the artichoke hearts & cut each in half. In a bowl combine the bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, & cheese. Moisten the mixture with olive oil, salad dressing, & lemon juice. Stuff the artichoke hearts with the mixture. Place the hearts in a greased baking dish & sprinkle them with paprika.
