This is a very easy and fast recipe for delicious banana muffins.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix the bananas, eggs, butter and milk in a medium bowl. Stir the banana mixture with dry materials very light. Don't stir very much. If you want, you can add walnuts, blueberries or chocolate chips. Put the mixture into paper forms and bake for 30 minutes.
