This is a delicious recipe for cornbread made without cornmeal!
It’s a little bit sweet and very moist and yummy made with creamed corn.
In a large bowl mix milk and cider vinegar and allow to stand a few minutes.
In the mean time stir the dry ingredients in a smaller bowl.
Beat the eggs and add to the milk along with honey, olive oil and corn. Mix well.
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir well.
Pour into a greased deep dish pie pan or cast iron skillet.
Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes or until the top is golden.
