Suggest a better descriptionMelt chocolate in small pan, low heat, stirring. Cool. In small bowl combine sugar, sour cream and margarine or butter. Blend well. Beat in chocolate, milk and vanilla untill creamy and smooth. If too firm add milk. If too soft add sugar.
