1/2 cRaw rice
1 lbGround beef
1 cWater
1 tsSalt
2 tbVegetable oil
2 8-oz cantomato sauce
1/4 cOnions; chopped
1/4 tsPepper

Beef Porcupines Preparation

Mix beef rice onions and seasonings. Form small balls. Fry in oil turning frequently until light brown, but not crusty on all sides. Add tomato sauce and water. Mix well. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
