Creamy seafood chowder with a little bit of a bite
Place 1/2 cup milk, cream cheese and garlic in large pot over low heat. Cook and stir until blended. Mix in soup, green onions, carrots, corn, potatoes, parsley and remaining milk. Add black pepper and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 25 minutes. Do not boil.
Mix in the shrimp, scallops, crabmeat and clams. Continue cooking for 10 minutes, or until seafood is opaque. If using frozen seafood, cook until seafood is hot.
You can also add chopped celery if you like
