I really liked this one. The pork on pork taste is just wonderful.
Remove casing from Kielbasa and fry in a tablespoon of oil till done. Add garlic, cayenne, chili flakes and heat through. Do not burn the garlic or it will get bitter. Set aside to cool.
Roll out pork till it is about 5 inches wide by 6 inches long. Put a few tablespoons of Kielbasa mixture on one end of the rolled out pork and roll. Fry in a little oil rolling to all sides. Make sure the pork is cooked.
Slice in 1/2 inch rounds and top with just a couple of drops of Soy Sauce each. Top with a sprinkle of cheese if desired..
