Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter in a saucepan. Add shallots and cook for 1 minute. Add zucchini, broth, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper and bring to boil. Stir in Farina. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Let cool slightly. Then puree in blender with sour cream.
