1/2 tsSalt; pepper
10 Large cabbage leaves
1 cRice; cooked
1 Egg; beaten
1/4 cConsomme
2 tbButter; melted
3/4 lbLean ground beef

Beef-Cabbage Rolls/clay Cooker Preparation

Soak lid of glazed clay cooker. In a bowl mix well all ingredients. Put into clay cooker. Cover and place in cold oven. Turn temperature to 425F and bake for 80 minutes.
