2 Eggs; separated
TT salt
TT pepper
1 c Flour
2 tb Vegetable oil

1. Mix flour, salt, pepper in a bowl. 2. In a separate bowl mix egg yolks, beer, & oil. 3. Mix all the above in a bowl together and let sit for 1 hour. 4.
