Suggest a better descriptionFrom: Joel.Ehrlich@salata.com (Joel Ehrlich) Date: 16 Nov 1994 16:28:56 -0500 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a (9"x5"x3") loaf pan. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder together in a large bowl. Add the beer and honey. Stir together until well mixed. Spread the batter in the prepared loaf pan(s). Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean (about 45 minutes). Turn out on a cooling rack. Cool completely before slicing. REC.FOOD.RECIPES From rec.food.cooking archives.
