2 cBudweiser Beer
1 Garlic
1 Bay leaf
2 ribsCelery
2 tsSalt
2 lbShrimp; cleaned & deveined
3 wholepeppercorns
2 smallonions; sliced
1/2 Lemon; quartered

Beer-Boiled Shrimp Preparation

Pour Budweiser in large pot and add onion, garlic, bay leaf, peppercorns, celery, and salt. Bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes. Add lemon and shrimp to Budweiser beer. Simmer 12 minutes.
