"I altered the recipe a little - I used peanut oil and cut it down to half a cup and left out the 3 T of flour. I used pecans for the nuts and probably had just over a cup, plus I skipped the dusting with powdered sugar. I baked it in a bundt pan. This is absolutely delicious. It had a very strawberry taste, and chunks of berry and pecans throughout. My second one is in the oven right now. We'll be making this a lot because my dad, who rarely likes anything, loves it." - MorgaineSwann
