Takes about 50 min.
Heat the oven to 300 degrees. On a baking sheet with sides, combine the oats, coconut, peanuts, almonds, raisins, cranberries, pumpkinseeds, cereal and almonds. Bake for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the oil and honey and vanilla, stirring to thoroughly combine. Drizzle over the warm oat mixture,then poor it all into a large bowl to mix then back on the baking sheet, Return to the oven and bake, stirring every few minutes, until the mixture is a rich golden brown and the nuts smell toasty - about 20 minutes,
Cool, then store in a tightly closed container.
Note* i cooked mine for 45 minutes cause i wanted it a little darker and i doubled the ingredients
If you want to make this more simple,just add a few packages of trail mix instead of all the individual packages of nuts. still works out well.
