Original recipe makes 4
1 13.5-oz canartichoke hearts
1 lbPenne; cooked al dente
2 lgGarlic; minced
1/2 cLamoreaux Landing Estate
3 tbParmesean; or Romano cheese
3 tbItalin olive oil
black pepper; Fresh ground
1/4 cFresh parsley; chopped
2 tbItalian style breadcrumbs

Penne with Artichoke Hearts in White Wine Preparation

Cook penne as directed. Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic, saute until soft. Drain and rinse artichoke hearts. Cut into eighths. Add to oil and gtarlic. Stir until heated through. Add wine, stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add cheese and breadcrumbs. Add sauce to penne. Toss with parsley. Add pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheese.
