1 1/2 c Bananas; mashed; 3 or 4
1 1/2 c Flour, all purpose
1/3 c Butter; melted
3/4 c Sugar, granulated
1 ts Baking soda
1 Egg
1 ts Baking Powder

Preparation

"This recipe from Robin Hood flour is one of the companys most requested recipes." Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl. Thoroughly beat together egg, sugar, butter and mashed bananas. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Filled greased muffin cups three quarters full. Easy to make. Added another spoonful of flour for high alt. sprinkled brown sugar on top b4 baking. Yummy! Thanks so much for sharing.

I cut the sugar to 1/2 cup, added 4oz unsweetened applesauce, 1 tsp vanilla, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and some chocolate chips. These were perfect, delicious and moist!
