We have used this recipe a number of times. It's easy to make, the ingredients are all natural and easily available and the result is really tasty. The ingredients can also be easily substituted, for example the butter can be changed for coconut oil. Another tip half the amount of sugar.
Made these muffins last night for my family and I must say they enjoy them to the MAX!!!!! Thanks for the recipe. Oh yea I tried the brown sugar thing and it definitely gave the muffins a crisp top. Just great. When I warmed them the next day, I preheated my oven to 200degrees and added a little butter at the bottom of my baking sheet as well as the tops of the muffins. Keep in for about 5-10mins and Magic you have. ????
I followed the recipe exactly. Since it was my birthday and I love banana cream pie I decided to make these muffins and then fill them with vanilla pudding. And they were great. They came out not too fluffy not too dense . And packed full of flavor. Add some cream cheese to one of them and it's a whole new series of flavors
This is such a simple recipe to follow. I was able to make banana muffins for my family and they loved it. I think next time I'll try to take the middle of the banana before mixing. Other than that it was excellent.
Best banana muffin recipe I have ever tried. Like most I used a cup of flour instead of 3/4 cup. Turned out perfect. They didn't last a day and I doubled the recipe. My yield was 20 muffins. Friends and family gobbled them up. Everyone loved them.
