TaylorHelen19 , 2 days 23 hours agoI just made these I had some overly ripe bananas and I needed to do something with them so I found this recipe. They are the easiest banana muffins I've ever made. They are so moist and sweet. I made one batch of 12 and I had to make more ! They are amazing ! I put a little butter on them and let it melt mmmmm!!
Mamaschaef , 2 weeks agoAlso added vanilla. Fantastic! Will be making regularly for my kids to grab for breakfast on their way out the door!
NaruOsaka , 2 weeks agoEasy, moist and yummy. Super fast to make. Only change was I added a tsp of Vanilla.
mzsammie , 2 weeks agoI made these today was in the baking mood but didn't have much around the house.... my family loves banana's and I went on the hunt for something that required banana's :) My son says they were the best and has had 2.... (more if I would let him) My friend came over for coffee... we enjoyed some. They are almost gone! I did add a little more flour. And they were Delish. :) We also made a glaze and drizzled some on.... a fabulous treat indeed!! :) I will be doubling the batch next time!! I don't know if they will even last the rest of the day :D
Igor4077 , 2 weeks agoExcellent recipe! This was my first try making muffins and they came out great, hot or cold! Deffinitally going to make them again
Crystaljo , 4 weeks agoMy kids loved these!!!! I added 1/2 cup extra flour because of other comments and they turned out great. My 8 year old said he couldn't stop eating them.

karrkat , 4 months agoReally good
Mariposa47 , 4 months agoSimple to make and tastes great! Definitely better with the brown sugar on top but I like a sweeter taste.
Scarfe , 4 months agoYummy... Best banana muffin.. Excellent recipe. Thanks a lot

dmanderson1 , 4 months agoI actually followed all instructions except I mixed it all in my ninja. Didn't make a hole, just added as directed. I also added 1-1/2 c pecans because we LOVE nuts. Placed the mix in mini loaf pans......FANTASTIC AND INCREDIBLY MOIST!!! I can see freezing and giving as gifts this holiday.
matthewparnell , 5 months agovery delicous and very satifying well make again what a great way to use overripe bananas
rachelroonut2012 , 5 months agoThese muffins are delicious! Instead of using sugar and butter I substituted honey and applesauce. I added some walnuts and sprinkled just a teeny bit of brown sugar on the tops. Very moist. Excellent!

charlensing , 5 months agoI added walnuts and sprinkled top with brown sugar. A big hit!
mazzystah , 5 months agoEasy and delicious. This will be my "go to" recipe for banana muffins. Thanks!
kirstn , 5 months agoDelicious! I made a bunch of additions/changes, though. Instead of muffins, I made this as one loaf (took 50 minutes to bake at 190 C). I, too, added 1 C of oatmeal oats (and one extra banana so it wouldn't get dry because of the oats). I didn't have an egg so I used 1/4 C gram (chickpea) flour + 1/4 C whole milk (vegans could use vegan milk)). Added 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, some crsushed cardamom, sunflower seeds, and dates. Absolutely delicious!!!
