Very tasty! I should have used 1 cup of flour like others suggested, but I will give that a try next time. I did also add the brown sugar on top - and that was an amazing choice!!
Made these delicious muffins today. I did use 1 cup of flour instead of 3/4 and 1 tbsp of vanilla. I had some brown sugar and sprinkled muffins on top before putting them in the oven.
Was tasty, but I agree with other reviewers, the batter was too wet. I should have added more flour. Might try again

Best banana muffin recipe I have ever tried. Like most I used a cup of flour instead of 3/4 cup. Turned out perfect. They didn't last a day and I doubled the recipe. My yield was 20 muffins. Friends and family gobbled them up. Everyone loved them.
I used 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup Splenda. Replace the butter with coconut oil and used unsweetened coconut milk instead of evaporated milk. Also sprinkled the top with brown sugar before baking. Very good muffins
