Original recipe makes 1
| 1/4 tsPepper |
| 1/4 cKetchup |
| 2 tsSalt |
| 1 tbPrepared mustard |
| 2 Eggs |
| 1/2 cmilk |
| 1/2 ccarrot; Grated |
| 3 slFresh bread; crumbled |
| 1 Onion; chopped |
| 1/4 cBrown sugar |
| 1 cCheddar Cheese; grated |
| 1 1/2 lbExtra lean ground beef |
Best Ever Meat Loaf Preparation
>From Vancouver Sun newspaper Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Add milk, salt, pepper and bread. Beat until bread disintegrates. Add onion, carrot, cheese and beef. Mix well. Pack into 9" X 5" loaf pan. Combine brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Spread over meat loaf. Bake 350* for 1 hour; let stand 10 mins. Remove from pan. Serve hot or cold.
