This is a recipe from Joy Maxwell Spalding, Didi Oliver passed it on in 1965 from Gramma Jojo. It’s a holiday family favorite and very easy.
1. Well before meal, place ingredients in a saucepan, cover and place on top of refrigerator.
2. Just before serving dinner over medium-low heat stir constantly with wire whisk until thick.
3. Place back on top of fridge until it’s put on the table.
