"American" and "Morning" are two of the tags cooks chose for Stewed Black-Eyed Peas."I made this for a New Years Day party and the bowl was nearly empty when we left. My husband took the leftovers to work the next day for lunch. I got lots of compliments on it. And I'm a big fan because it is a much lower in fat option than some of the other recipes listed. You must try it! Very tastey." - Jphillips975
