| 1 sm bottlesoy sauce |
| 1 cHot water |
| 1 whole bulbsgarlic; minced |
| 4 lbChicken wings |
| 2 cBrown sugar |
| 2 tsSesame oil |
| 1 cSugar |
Sticky Chinese Chicken Wings Preparation
