1. Put some oil in a pressure cooker.
Add the following ingredients in order:
2. Whole red chillies, onion (when it turns golden in color), garlic paste, tomatoes, red chilli powder & salt.
3. Keep stirring until the tomatoes become soft & the oil begins to separate from the masala (Approx 5 min).
4. Now add the rajma & water. Stir & close the lid of the pressure cooker.
5. Cook on med heat for 20 min.
6. Once done let it cool on its own. Open the lid & add garam masala. Mix & serve hot with rice or naan.
