A favorite since childhood. Recipe was given to me by Ross Knott.
In a medium saucepan, add butter, sugar, milk and cocoa. Bring mixture to a boil and boil for one minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla and mix well. Mix in oatmeal and drop onto wax paper using a spoon or 1-inch cookie scoop. Let cool. Enjoy!
