Suggest a better descriptionMix crab, mayonnaise, sour cream, black pepper, white pepper, & celery. Cut French bread into about 4 inch slices. Dig some bread out of center (about 1/4 way down). Place crab salad into hole and pile up. Top with hollandaise & Swiss cheese & more hollandaise. Bake at 350 about 10 min until cheese melts.
