"Delicious! What's even better is take two pieces of bread, cut hole out of one ( I use my Pam Cap for perfect hole) still butter or mayo both sides of both slices. Place both slices on griddle, drop egg in hole removed slice, sit for a minute. Flip egg/bread piece and put slice of cheese on browned side with the whole slice on top of cheese. Sit for 40-60 seconds...Fabulous!"

Birds Nest (Eggs and Toast) Preparation
Lightly butter both sides of slices of bread. Cut or tear out a hole in the middle of each slice. Heat non-stick skillet or griddle on medium. Place bread on grill, crack egg into a dish (to make sure its good) and put it in the hole. Cook round piece off to the side until golden brown on both sides. Fry until egg looks half done. Carefully flip egg and toast and cook until done, being careful not to overcook. Place egg/toast on a plate, and place the round piece on top of the egg. This is my try, the hardest thing is to flip the toast, and even I find better to toast first one side then flip it and then put the egg, if you want them no to cook. photo by
