zanderlaasch ,Delicious! What's even better is take two pieces of bread, cut hole out of one ( I use my Pam Cap for perfect hole) still butter or mayo both sides of both slices. Place both slices on griddle, drop egg in hole removed slice, sit for a minute. Flip egg/bread piece and put slice of cheese on browned side with the whole slice on top of cheese. Sit for 40-60 seconds...Fabulous!12y
brianplatt ,Made this for my wife. Took 10 minutes tops. It was a good change of pace from "regular" eggs. I put jam on the centers and she was happy!!!12y
mrssidandi ,So simple but so delicious! Tastes much better than I thought it would. The recipe doesn't call for salt and pepper but it tastes much better with it. Especially pepper.12y
