Suggest a better descriptionWash pumpkins, cut into slices and clean pumpkins. Put in baking pan with 1/2-inch of water. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour, or until soft but not mushy. Let cool, then mash a bit.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to dry ingredients.
Mix gently for about 2 minutes. Grease 2 loaf pans. Pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 - 60 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick or knife. Cool on rack
