Suggest a better descriptionWhisk together milk and orange juice. Divide among paper cups. Cover with foil, make a slit, and insert a baby or toddler spoon. Freeze until just solid, 1 to 2 hours. Remove from freezer, uncover. Fill to top of cup with carrot juice. Re-cover and re-freeze until hardened, 2 to 3 hours.
