Suggest a better description1. Dissolve yeast in water until foamy.
2. Stir together yeast mixture, flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and olive oil. Let rise 1 hour.
3. Divide dough into 12 balls and flatten into 8" rounds.
4. Add desired fillings to half of dough and fold dough over. Pinch edges to seal and prick several times with a fork.
5. Freeze now or bake at 425 for 20 minutes. When baking from frozen increase time to 30+ minutes.
