Yellow Squash Casserole
Cook squash until tender. Drain before measuring. Mix squash, butter, salt, pepper and milk. Then add eggs and onion. Mix in cheese and cracker crumbs, pour in greased casserole dish and bake at 375 for about 40 minutes.
