| 2 lgYellow bell peppers; cut into strips |
| 1 mdGreen bell pepper; cut into strips |
| 2 1/2 tbParmesan Cheese; grated |
| 1 tsHerb seasoning; salt free |
| 3 Boneless, skinless Chicken breasts; cut into strips |

1) Prepare the fettucini according to directions, then drain... 2) In a large skilet heat the oil and add the chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms, and seasonings and cook over med heat `til the chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 min... 3) Add the hot cooked fettucini and parmesan cheese, toss to coat, and serve immediately...
