Add 1 cup flour alternately with milk, beat thoroughly- then add 1/4 cup flour, baking powder and salt and fold in (don't beat). Add vanilla.
Drop by 1/2 teaspoons on lightly greased cookie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
