Using sugar free chocolate made with Stevia
Seperate eggs and put aside. Melt chocolate gently in double boiler over boiling water. When melted, blend the egg yolks into chocolate mixture and put aside to cool slightly. In seperate bowl, whip the cream with the Natvia until stiff. Fold the cooled chocolate mixture into cream. In seperate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form then fold gently into chocolate cream mixture.
Divide between 15 small desert bowls, cover and refrigerate until set.
Great for Fructose or gluten intolerance use only sugar free chocolate bars,enjoy sparingly or they will end up on your hips. :)
