3 -(up to)
2 tbLemon juice
1/2 tsChili powder
1 1/2 lbSteak; or chicken; cut in
4 tbVegetable oil
8 Tortillas
1 Garlic; minced
1 1/2 tsSeasoned salt
1/2 cCilantro; (optional)
2 tbVegetable oil
1 1/2 tsOregano
1/2 cGreen Onions; Sliced
FAJITAS
1/2 cOnions; chopped
1/2 tsPaprika
1 cRed peppers
MARINADE
1 1/2 tsCumin
1/2 tsCrushed red pepper

Steak or Chicken Fajitas Preparation

In skillet, quickly saute vegetables in oil until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Saute meat 4 to 5 minutes. Return vegetables to pan and toss with meat. Spoon into tortillas.
