| Salt and pepper |
| 1 colive oil |
| Leftover beef, julienned |
| CAPER VINAIGRETTE DRESSING |
| 4 tbParsley, chopped |
| 2 tsDijon mustard |
| Potatoes, sm, ckd, quartered |
| 1/2 cWine vinegar |
