1/4 cSugar
1/4 cStrawberry; Or apricot
1/2 cmilk
2 Eggs
1 8-oz pkgcream cheese
1/4 cButter or Margarine; Melted
Cheese filling (below)
3 cBisquick baking mix
CHEESE FILLING
1/2 cSugar
1/2 tsVanilla

Bisquick Deepdish Cheesecake Coffee Cake Preparation

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Mix baking mix, margarine and milk; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix. Knead 30 times. Pat dough evenly into bottom and up sides of ungreased 9x1-1/2 inch round pan. 3. Prepare cheese filling: Beat all ingredients with hand beater until smooth. Pour over dough. 4. Bake until edge is golden brown and filling is set, about 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Spread with preserves. Serve warm. 8 servings.
