Black Bean Hummus Preparation

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients & process till smooth. Cover & refrigerate till ready to use. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Very yummy alternative to traditional hummus. I added the she can of black beans, liquid and all, and it was a bit too runny for me, and that was without the oil! Next time I'll reserve the liquid & just add until it is the co sistancy I like. But tummy none the less!!!

This is good, it was a little bland so I used garlic salt and a little red pepper to spice it up. Served it with pita chips
