Ingredients

1 tb Tahini
3 tb olive oil
1 Lime juice
2 clove Garlic
Salt & pepper; to taste
1 ts Ground cumin

Preparation

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients & process till smooth. Cover & refrigerate till ready to use. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Loved this recipe, did not have tahini do used peanut butter....did give it a nutty taste but by balancing with more cumin I did manage to hit the taste I was going for. Very yummy, very quick. Now if I could only get hubby to have some... -._-.

Yummy!! I left out the oil as I do t like my hummus too oily & I just reserve the liquid & add it to get the consistency I like. Huge hit & my co-workers always ask me to bring this for parties!

I loved it my garlic was way too strong so next time I will use less garlic. My husband did not like it at all. Too bad for him. I will make it again for me.

Very yummy alternative to traditional hummus. I added the she can of black beans, liquid and all, and it was a bit too runny for me, and that was without the oil! Next time I'll reserve the liquid & just add until it is the co sistancy I like. But tummy none the less!!!

This is good, it was a little bland so I used garlic salt and a little red pepper to spice it up. Served it with pita chips
