Ingredients

| 2 Stalks celery; sliced |

| 2 cVegetable oil |
| 2 cGreen beans; French cut |
| 2 Green peppers; sliced |
| 1 cAdzuki beans (or red |
| 1 tsOregano |
| 2 Onions; sliced |
| 1 Lemon; juiced |
| 1 tbParsley |
| 2 Green onions; thin sliced |
| 1 cGarbanzo beans; cooked |
| 3 cBlack beans; cooked |
| 1 cWhite wine |
| 2 clGarlic; pressed |
Black Bean Salad Preparation
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mixing thoroughly. Chill overnight.
