Black Bean Stroganoff
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 6
| 1 cSour cream |
| 1/4 tsBlack pepper; ground |
| 2 tbButter or margarine |
| 1 smOnions |
| 1/8 tsSalt |
| 1 lbBeef, boneless |
| 1 tbVegetable oil |
| 1/4 cBlack Bean Sauce |
| 12 ozEgg noodles; medium |
| 1/4 cParsley |
Black Bean Stroganoff Preparation
Cook noodles as package directs; drain and keep warm. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon butter and vegetable oil in large skillet over high heat. Add beef; saute 2 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet. Melt remaining 1 tablesppon butter in same skillet. Add onion; suate 2 minutes, or until tender. Mix in beef, sour cream, black bean suace, pepper and salt. Heat through. Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Serve over noodles.
