Suggest a better descriptionChop onion and pepper; mince garlic; saute in a little of the bean liquid until soft. Add beans with remaining liquid. Add dry spices. Simmer 15-30 minutes. Add vinegar just before serving. Comments: I havent tried this recipe, just drooled over it. The original version specified, um, a different saute medium.
