Fluffy, light homemade biscuits
Preheat oven to 450 F
I make this in my Kitchen Aid stand mixer with paddle attachment.
Lightly grease cookie sheets or muffin tins
Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
Add butter and milk. The original recipe says until just moistened, but I had a much fluffier and light biscuit when I mixed well with mixer.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet or into muffin tins.
Bake 8 - 12 min.
The dough will be fairly wet.
