Deliciously sweet and smokey. So good!
1. Heat oven to 400(F)
2. Sprinkle flour on your work surface, unfold pastry into a 10 x 15 rectangle. Cut pastry into 24 (2 1/2 inch) squares. Press the pastry squares into a mini muffin pan
3. Stir the kielbasa, marmalade and mustard in a medium bowl. Spoon about 1 TBL of this mixture into each pastry cup
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown. Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
