This is the recipe as I've found it to work best in my bread machine.
1. In a measuring cup or small bowl, mix yeast and honey into warm water. Allow to proof for 5 minutes.
2. OPTIONAL: Spray the sides of your bread pan with an oil spray, such as olive oil. The bread tends to be dense and difficult to remove from the pan, so I find this helps a bit.
3. Add the yeast mixture and coconut oil to the pan. Then add the flour and salt.
4. Use the basic white bread cycle on your machine (if you're using Jovial's einkorn flour, which, as a high-extraction flour, behaves more like a white flour than a whole-wheat one) or whole wheat cycle if you are grinding your own einkorn flour from whole einkorn berries. I get the best results from the basic cycle.
5. At the beginning of the cycle, try using a silicone paddle to get any remaining ingredients off the side and into the ball.
