3 cCabbage; shredded; (white or red)
8 ozAlaskan shrimp; Pettite
1 tsSalt
2 tbHoney
1 1/2 cSpinach; shredded
1/2 tsFresh ginger; grated
1/4 cWhite wine vinegar
1/2 cMayonnaise
1/2 tsBlack pepper
DRESSING
1 cCelery; sliced very thin
