Really good on pasta, sandwiches, anything that you want to taste like basil and garlic. Created by Sandy Sermark.
In a food processor, chop the basil and garlic. Add in Olive Oil (no more than 5 tablespoons) until you get a paste. Add the cheese to hold together and absorb extra oil.
If it looks like the sauce you find in a container, than you have completed this recipe correctly!
