1/4 cRice wine vinegar
1 tbBrown sugar
1/4 tsCinnamon
1/4 cVegetable oil
1/8 tsGround ginger
1/8 tsCayenne pepper
1/2 cBlackberries

Blackberry Dressing Preparation

Rub berries through fine sieve or food mill to remove seeds & render pulp & juice. Combine juice, pulp & all ingredients except oil in a small saucepan.
