| 4 mediumyellow squash |
| 1 tbRed wine vinegar |
| Salt and coarse grnd black pepper |
| 3 tbolive oil |
Peppered Yellow Squash Preparation
Slice squash lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. Dip squash in oil and vinegar; season with salt and generously with pepper; grill 5 to 7 minutes, covered. Use barbeque basket if available. From Chuck Ozburn.
